Accommodations: We have 2 guest rooms in the main house, outdoor patio, claw foot tub, stone fireplace, front porch. We also have a private cabin with 2 twin beds and a deluxe futon in the living room area. The cabin has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen (which can be stocked before you arrive for an additional fee) and extra sleeping accomodations (Queen size futon) in the main room.
Rates: In the main house rates are based on single occupancy. For each additional guest, add $15.00. The fishing cabin is available for $150.00 per night. Weekly rates are available. Occupancy maximum for $150 rate is four persons. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment: A deposit is required and is equal to 50% of your total reservation. One-night reservations will require full advance payment. Your deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit. With less notice, all room-nights must be re-rented for refund. There is a $20.00 or 5% handling fee per room, whichever is higher, for all cancellations. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
Check-in: 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. or by special arrangement.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m
Restrictions: No smoking inside (permitted outdoors with ashtray by request). No pets (dog, cat, and ducks on property). Children welcome.
Breakfast: Full breakfast included.
Dinner: Gourmet dinner for guests available with advance reservation.
Special Events at Inn: Family reunions, weddings, seminars, retreats.
Recreation & Activities: Hiking, and horseback riding nearby. Boxwood Gulch Fly Fishing, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs.
